The Wounded Warrior Resource Center Web site (WWRC) is a Department of Defense Web site which provides wounded Service Members, their families, and caregivers with information they need on military facilities, health care services, and benefits. It supports access to the Wounded Warrior Resource Call Center and trained specialists who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 1-800-342-9647 or by e-mail at wwrc@militaryonesource.com.

- Dealing with Depression Learn about the causes and signs of depression. Offers an assessment, an electronic-library, game-based simulations and narrator-guided self-help workshops.
- Depression in Primary Care Addresses the impact of depression on members of the military and their families, and the importance of the primary care setting for helping in its early identification and intervention. Document is in .pdf format.
- Dual Diagnosis Fact Sheet Provides basic information about dual diagnosis. A person who has both an alcohol or drug problem and an emotional/psychiatric problem is said to have a dual diagnosis. Find help in your state.
- Give an Hour - Free Mental Health Services Provides free mental health services nationwide by mental health professionals who literally give an hour of their time each week to military personnel and their families.
- Let's Talk Trained staff comprised of compassionate clinicians can assist with difficulties such as nightmares, flashbacks, irritability, anger, depression, family problems or an overall sense of not being the same since returning from deployment.

- Mental Health America (MHA) Affiliate Directory Local MHA affiliates in your state can help you find support groups in your area.
- Mental Health Screening Tool Anonymous self-assessments are available for depression, bipolar disorder, alcohol use, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and generalized anxiety disorder. Results and resources are listed at the end of each assessment.
