The Wounded Warrior Resource Center Web site (WWRC) is a Department of Defense Web site which provides wounded Service Members, their families, and caregivers with information they need on military facilities, health care services, and benefits. It supports access to the Wounded Warrior Resource Call Center and trained specialists who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 1-800-342-9647 or by e-mail at wwrc@militaryonesource.com.
Family Support Centers

- Navy Fleet & Family Support Center Provides a variety of programs and services to support the military lifestyle, including information and referral, Navy family ombudsmen, family employment, new parent support, relocation assistance, personal financial planning, family advocacy, deployment support and sexual assault victim intervention.
- Army Reserve Family Programs Information on programs that deal with family readiness issues, including preparing for mobilization/deployment, financial planning and other resources.
- National Guard Family Program Provides family advocacy, exceptional family member, emergency placement care, family employee assistance and relocation services.
- Marine Corps Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Program that assists family members with special medical or educational needs.
- U.S. Coast Guard Family Advocacy Program Congressionally mandated program intended to prevent and reduce the incidence of family violence and create an environment of intolerance for such behavior.
- Army Exceptional Family Member Program Mandatory program that coordinates military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive community support, housing, education, medical and personnel services to families with special needs.
- Army Family Readiness Group (FRG) Traditional FRG functionality in an online setting for geographically dispersed units and families. Online tools include forums, video e-mail, a telephone tree and photo gallery.
- Army Integrated Family Support Network Provides community support and services to soldiers, families and employers throughout the entire deployment cycle.
- Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Family Programs Directorate Provides Army families with information and resources to help manage the challenges of military life and address Army family concerns.
- Wounded Soldier & Family Hotline 1-800-984-8523 call center offers wounded and injured soldiers and their families help in resolving medical issues.
