The Wounded Warrior Resource Center Web site (WWRC) is a Department of Defense Web site which provides wounded Service Members, their families, and caregivers with information they need on military facilities, health care services, and benefits. It supports access to the Wounded Warrior Resource Call Center and trained specialists who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 1-800-342-9647 or by e-mail at wwrc@militaryonesource.com.

- Guide to Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance This guide defines LTC, presents questions designed to assist consumers in assessing their potential LTC needs and encourages them to purchase LTC insurance.
- HHS Announces $36 Million to Help Older Americans and Veterans Remain Independent Under this program, $10.5 million is being provided by HHS and $5.7 million by the states. VA estimates purchasing at least $3 million in veteran-directed home and community-based services for older veterans and for recently returned veterans with long-term care needs. The number of veterans over age 85 has tripled during the past decade, creating a significant expansion in the need for long term care.
- Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance Buyer's Advocate Resource Center Provides links to buyer resources including tips on financing LTC insurance, information on individual and group insurance, rankings of LTC insurance companies and background information on rates and conduct of LTC insurance companies.
- Long Term Care Insurance National Advisory Council Presents statistics and information on the likelihood of needing long term care as well as average costs associated with long term care.
- National Clearinghouse for Long Term Care Information Provides links to help consumers understand, plan for and pay for long term care, including public programs that help pay for long term care as well as private funds.
- National Clearinghouse for Long Term Care Information - Paying for Care Provides information on public programs specializing in long term care, including Medicare, Medicaid and VA benefits; links to private financing pages discussing financing options including long term care insurance, selling a home, cashing in annuities and other options. - National Long Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center A resource center for Ombudsmen, who advocate for residents' rights and quality care, educate consumers and providers, resolve residents' complaints and provide information to the public; site includes links for locating local and state ombudsmen as well as resources for ombudsmen and volunteers.
- Paying for Long Term Care Medicare site that presents a table comparing financing options for long term care, including personal savings, long-term care insurance, Medicare and veterans benefits and other sources; includes links to more specific information about each financing option.
- Shopper's Guide to Long Term Care Insurance Defines long term care, discusses situations that require it, explains long-term care insurance benefits and costs, presents strategies for choosing long term care insurance and includes worksheets for identifying individual insurance needs and making insurance choices.
- VA Health Care Eligibility & Enrollment - Long Term Care Describes long term care for eligible veterans. Also details the variety of long term care options available, including home health care, palliative/hospice care, community residential care and home health aide services among others.
- Veterans Aid & Attendance Pension Benefit - Long Term Care Benefits for Veterans Defines long term care, discusses particular long term care needs of veterans, identifies challenges of meeting veterans' long term care needs in terms of the lack of sufficient space in current and proposed veterans' homes and discusses the long term care benefits and costs of Veterans Administration (VA) and other federal programs.
