The Wounded Warrior Resource Center Web site (WWRC) is a Department of Defense Web site which provides wounded Service Members, their families, and caregivers with information they need on military facilities, health care services, and benefits. It supports access to the Wounded Warrior Resource Call Center and trained specialists who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 1-800-342-9647 or by e-mail at wwrc@militaryonesource.com.

- Adjusting to War Memories Teaches tools to deal with difficult deployment reminders that may occur in the daily lives of service members or veterans. Offers an assessment, an electronic-library, game-based simulations and narrator-guided self-help workshops.
- AfterDeployment.org A mental wellness resource for service members, veterans and military families that provides a variety of behavioral health information.
- Air Force Crossroads Provides resources for parents and families on traumatic stress. Includes resources to help children cope with fear and anxiety.
- Blue Star Mothers of America's Guide to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Guide discusses how to identify and deal with PTSD symptoms, which can include excessive anger, depression and suicidal thoughts.
- Bob Woodruff Family Foundation Raises public awareness of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and combat stress and assists service members and families as they navigate the road to recovery.
- Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress Lists resources and provides research relating to trauma and coping with traumatic events such as trauma training and education, terrorism preparedness and trauma consultations.
- Coming Home Project Offers a range of free services: workshops and retreats; psychological counseling; training for care providers; and community forums. Programs address the mental, emotional, spiritual and relationship challenges faced by veterans and families before, during and after deployment.

- Dealing with the Effects of Trauma - A Self-Help Guide Helps veterans and service members recognize if traumatic experiences are causing difficult symptoms. Provides suggesions to help address the effects of trauma.
- Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE) for Psychological Health & Traumatic Brain Injury A collaborative effort within the Department of Defense (DoD) that works to improve psychological health and traumatic brain injury (TBI) treatment of service members. Component organizations include the Defense & Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC), the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP), the Deployment Health Clinical Center (DHCC), the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS) and the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE).
