The Wounded Warrior Resource Center Web site (WWRC) is a Department of Defense Web site which provides wounded Service Members, their families, and caregivers with information they need on military facilities, health care services, and benefits. It supports access to the Wounded Warrior Resource Call Center and trained specialists who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 1-800-342-9647 or by e-mail at wwrc@militaryonesource.com.

- National Guard Community Resource Finder Search by state, city and type of support needed, including health resources.
- National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH) NRH is one of the top rehabilitation hospitals in America and specializes in brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, multiple trauma and other neurological and orthopedic conditions.
- Specialized PTSD Treatment Programs in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Specialized Intensive PTSD Programs (SIPPs) provide a "therapeutic community" and specialized PTSD treatment services to veterans with PTSD and include social, recreational, and vocational activities as well as counseling.
- TRICARE Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) Locator MTF locator with search function as well as a full list of MTFs.
- The Shepherd Center SHARE Initiative The initiative includes entry to Shepherd Center's Marcus Community Bridge Program, and provides Shepherd Center case managers to individuals and their family members.

- Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund Provides grants to injured service members and surviving family members, and has built a state-of-the-art physical rehabilitation center at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. The Center for the Intrepid serves military personnel who have been catastrophically disabled in operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and veterans severely injured in other operations and in the normal performance of their duties.
