The Wounded Warrior Resource Center Web site (WWRC) is a Department of Defense Web site which provides wounded Service Members, their families, and caregivers with information they need on military facilities, health care services, and benefits. It supports access to the Wounded Warrior Resource Call Center and trained specialists who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 1-800-342-9647 or by e-mail at wwrc@militaryonesource.com.

- AfterDeployment.org A mental wellness resource for service members, veterans and military families that provides a variety of behavioral health information.
- Battlemind Armor for the Mind Provides video resources for soldiers and family members on handling the stresses of deployment and transitioning home. Includes specific resources for youth coping with military deployment.
- Coming Home Project Provides compassionate care, support and stress management tools for Iraq and Afghanistan veterans and their families. Offers a range of free services: workshops and retreats; psychological counseling; training for care providers; and community forums.
- Controlling Stress Important information on controlling stress and other health topics from the USACHPPM Directorate of Health Promotion and Wellness.
- Coping with the Psychological Stress of Deployment Print and video materials for soldiers, unit leaders, health care providers and spouses that describe the stresses and strains of deployment on soldiers and their families.
- DE-Stress DE-Stress stands for Delivery of Self-Training and Education for Stressful Situations. The program offers coached, confidential, online self-help for Marines experiencing on-going stress symptoms following return from operational deployment. - Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE) for Psychological Health & Traumatic Brain Injury A collaborative effort within the Department of Defense (DoD) that works to improve psychological health and traumatic brain injury (TBI) treatment of service members. Component organizations include the Defense & Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC), the Center for Deployment Psychology (CDP), the Deployment Health Clinical Center (DHCC), the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS) and the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE).
- Give an Hour - Free Mental Health Services Provides free mental health services nationwide by mental health professionals who literally give an hour of their time each week to military personnel and their families.
- Handling Stress Teaches service members how to assess their levels of stress and offers stress reduction exercises.
- Let's Talk Trained staff comprised of compassionate clinicians can assist with difficulties such as nightmares, flashbacks, irritability, anger, depression, family problems or an overall sense of not being the same since returning from deployment.

- Mental Health Resources for Returning Veterans & Their Families Information for returning veterans and their families about prevention, treatment and recovery support for mental health and substance use disorders. Include resources for military families coping with trauma.
- ONE Freedom Provides education and training for service members and families regarding the challenges of military deployments and the return home. Offers information on responses to stress, as well as self-guided tools for increasing personal resiliency and strength.
